-Customs dresses are nonrefundable.
-All preorders have a nonrefundable material deposit and a turn over time of 6-12 weeks.  
-Ready to ship items will ship within 3 business days
-Shipping is flat rate of $20 for large dresses, $10 for most couture, $7 for cotton dresses and $5 for accessories. International shipping is based on size and distance.
